The service was impressive, and the hotel's location near St Mark's square made exploring Venice easy. However, the noise from the dining area was disruptive in the morning, and our room didn't offer the promised garden view, which was disappointing.

amazing central position near famous venetian attractions

I absolutely loved the proximity to both the stunning Basilica di San Marco, just a short stroll away, and the charming nearby cafes which were perfect for a quick break. the staff also made my stay enjoyable with their kindness, ensuring that I felt well taken care of during my time there.

The breakfast was a complete disaster with minimal choices and poorly managed food supply. I couldn't believe I paid a premium for croissants that were average at best and a breakfast buffet that featured more pineapple than anything else! Additionally, the entire hotel seemed outdated, from the physical room keys to the shower design that guaranteed a puddled floor after every use.

Great location, just a few minutes from St Mark's square! The room was super comfy and filled with amenities like a minibar, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious with fresh juices and croissants, although only served from 7:30 AM. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even better.

Charming stay with a lovely garden

The location was perfect, right near all the main sights. The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. My room had a great garden view and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch. Just wish the cappuccinos during breakfast didn’t cost extra. that was a bit annoying after paying so much for the stay.
